Scan-on-demand

Scanning-on-demand is a profitable and sensible method to digitally consult topical archive documents. It means that an archive document is not digitised until it is consulted. So, instead of scanning your entire archive at once (backlog scanning) only the archive documents you need are digitised. Of course we store and manage your physical archive on favourable terms. Compared to this method backlog scanning is relatively expensive and it may take a long time before all documents have been digitised.
  
Unused files are stored in paper form until they can be destroyed.
