Tape-rotation service

Our tape-rotation service guarantees safe handling of your back-up procedure. We set up a separate schedule for the supply and delivery of each tape or hard disk. This way we can adjust to any back-up schedule, also when you use several back-up generations.

Our schedule automatically generates the order pick lists for the back-up tapes. The tapes are transported in sealed steel cases that can only be opened by specially authorised people.

It is also possible to rotate sealed cases that are changed in their entirety according to schedule. In this case the client manages the content of the case!
 

GPS transport

We transport your data in air conditioned and GPS secured vehicles. The location of your data tapes is traceable at all times. Sensors on the doors and tailgate of the vehicles register how long a door or tailgate was open and where this occurred.

Our trained employees who have been screened multiple times are always on standby in case of calamities, 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Your valuable data are optimally safeguarded by Saan.
