Historical storage

It is possible to store your historical archive at Saan Archive Management. This can be old equipment, archive documents, documents, drawings, certificates, memorials or other tangible heritage. Preserving this type of objects for future reference demands optimal and controlled conditions. The warm attics and damp basements where historical collections are often stored are definitely not suitable.

Saan has a special storage space for long-term storage of historical materials.
This space is: 

• highly secured 
• fully air conditioned 
• free of, for example, fungi and vermin 
• clean and dust-free

 

Separate spaces

Saan offers separate spaces to companies that want to manage the collection pertaining to the company’s history. These have a surface of about 20m² and are conveniently arranged. Each space has a central hall with shelves on both sides. This way you can modularly store and manage your heritage in a separate space without having to invest a large amount of money in building your own space.
 

General space

Perhaps your historical collection is too small for a separate space or maybe you wish to outsource the management of your historical materials to a specialist. Koninklijke Saan can handle this as well. You do not need to rent a separate space but you can pay per standard size archive box. We handle registration and management of the items that will be stored in the general space. Using the RCWeb you can check which items are stored at Saan. All you need is access to the internet.
