Mobile tower cranes
Saan has a wide range you can choose from. We rent – possibly remote-controlled – mobile tower cranes. The boom lengths of these cranes vary from 33 to 60 metres, the hook heights from 23 to 64 metres. Our mobile tower cranes can be erected and made ready for use relatively quickly. Moreover, they are highly manoeuvrable and can thus be used in places which are difficult to access. This makes the mobile tower crane incredibly suitable for activities in city centres or at confined construction sites.
The Spierings SK2400-AT7: our most powerful and solid folding crane
In January 2008 Koninklijke Saan started using a new Spierings SK2400-AT7. This impressive seven-axle mobile crane is the largest and most powerful tower crane in our fleet and has been fitted with the latest technology. At a maximum working radius of 42 metres the Spierings AT7 can lift 5,500 kg. The maximum load of this crane is 18 tons. The AT7 is controlled by one operator and is ready for use in just 30 minutes! The Spierings AT-7 is a profitable alternative to a heavy telecrane. The construction time of a comparable telecrane is much longer.
