Quality

For many years Koninklijke Saan has been delivering high-quality services. This is reflected, among others, by our ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certificates. These ISO certificates not only show that we do everything we can for our clients, but also that we are constantly improving ourselves. Saan is also an Accredited Mover (Erkend Verhuizer) and has the PPV-quality mark (Professional Project Mover/Professioneel Project Verhuizer). Additionally, we work according to strict safety procedures, because to us quality and safety are inextricably linked.

ISO-9001

Since 1994 Saan has been ISO-9001 certified. This goes hand in hand with continuous improvement projects to further optimise our operational management.
The ISO certificate is valid for three years. After that it must be renewed. Every three years a renewal audit is carried out by an external company, with the purpose of checking whether or not Saan still meets the standard. In addition, each year, an external company conducts intermediate checks (surveillance-audits) and our Coordinator Quality & Safety regularity carries out internal audits. The outcome of these audits initiates the improvement of working methods and the adjustment of procedures.

ISO-14001

Since May 2011 Saan has been ISO-14001 certified. This ISO certificate is an international standard with regard to environmental management. With the help of an environmental care system, based on the ISO-14001 norm, the environmental risks of operational management can be controlled and possibly reduced.

Accredited Mover (Erkende Verhuizer)

An Accredited Mover meets all requirements that have been outlined by the Organisatie voor Erkende Verhuizers (association of accredited movers). The accredited movers are inspected at regular interval by an external agency for aspects that involve quality, environment and safety. These requirements have been documented in the accreditation regulations.

Professional Project Movers (Professionele Project Verhuizer, PPV)

Since May 2002 Koninklijke Saan has been PPV certified. PPV is the quality mark of professional project movers, as well as the knowledge centre for industrial relocations. It guarantees the client that he is dealing with a professional, who demonstrably has years of experience and know-how of project removals (removals of offices, companies, hospitals). An external agency regularly conducts checks on a Professional Project Mover for project preparation, work, aftercare and administration.
