Removal of Booking.com Amsterdam

During the first quarter in 2012, Koninklijke Saan carried out the removal of 1200 Booking.com workstations from various locations in the city of Amsterdam to the new head office. Due to the complexity the removal was implemented in three phases, during weekends. This approach ensured that the Call Centre was available to customers at all time.

Koninklijke Saan Tilburg organised this logistic complex relocation of a Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopter, specially prepared for maintenance training sessions, and 8 containers with instruction material of the American training center in Wilmington, Delaware to the Rotary Wing Training Centre (RWTC) in Rijen.
